Click here to signup or visit the Customer Service Billing page to view your statements. You will receive an email each month to notify you that your statement is ready to view, print, and pay. South Alabama Utilities Board of Directors meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 1:00 P.M. at the Citronelle Office located at 8100 Joy Street, Citronelle, Alabama 36522, except on holidays.

Effective July 1, 2015 South Alabama Utilities will no longer mail out second notices to customers that have past due accounts.

Effective immediately any account that is in a past due status will be subject to be disconnected without further notice. NO EXCEPTIONS . Please pay your statement by the due date each month.

Effective August 5, 2019 the new hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
