E-Bill
South Alabama Utilities is proud to inform our customers about the option to go green and receive statements by e-bill. Click here to signup or visit the Customer Service Billing page to view your statements. You will receive an email each month to notify you that your statement is ready to view, print, and pay. If you select the option to pay online you will be redirected to the customer portal. Note: If you decide to opt out of e-billing, you will need to call 251-866-2365.
Bank Draft
What is South Alabama Utilities' Bank Draft Plan?
South Alabama Utilities' Bank Draft Plan makes it easier for the customer to pay their utility bill by deducting your bill directly from your checking account. The bill will be sent to your house and will tell you how much money is going to be drafted and the date that it will be drafted. It usually takes about two months for this to get converted over to bank draft, your statement will be marked “Paid By Bank Draft” when it has been converted over.

Payments by check/money order can be placed in our after-hours night deposit located by the drive up at the Citronelle Office and by the front door at our Semmes Office. Payments placed in the drop box are collected and credited to your account the following business day.
